1-2-1 Training

Personalised one-to-one sessions provide a unique and tailored approach to address the young person’s specific needs. I’ll create a customised workout plan that takes into account their fitness level, maturity, and the requirements of their sport. This personalised attention ensures that exercises are executed with proper technique, minimising the risk of injury and maximising the effectiveness of the workout. Moreover, I’ll be able to adjust the session in real-time to address their progress and any challenges they may encounter, leading to efficient and targeted development.

Mastering speed requires consistent and precise practice, and often youngsters may struggle with motivation, confidence and lack the necessary knowledge to achieve this on their own. Once their skills reach a proficient level in isolation, we can integrate them into group settings, simulating the dynamics of their sport.

Beyond just physical skill of moving fast, these one-to-one training sessions also cater to the mental and emotional aspects of the athlete’s development. Hopefully It’s not just about making them fast, but nurturing a well-rounded and resilient individual.

My rate for personal speed training is £60.

Group Training

Individual training offers the advantage of personalised focus on a player’s progress, while group training brings in the team dynamic, allowing players to apply their speed skills to specific in-game scenarios.

My rate for coaching a group of up to five athletes is £25/person.
